Military Families

We are pleased to be a part of the Florida Chapter of The Aging Life Care Association® that recognizes & supports our United States military. The Evelyn McPherson Foundation has provided a grant to provide Aging Life Care management to:

• Active-duty US Military

• Retired US Military

• Active Guard Reservists

• National Guard members

• US Military family members

Do you have a concern about an aging parent or disabled relative?  Are you a veteran and interested in an assessment?  Do you know of an active-duty military person who is concerned about their loved one?  Send them our way.  We are eager to help. 

Eligible military families can receive up to 4 hours of Care Management by an Aging Life Care Professional which includes a care planning assessment for your aging parent or disabled family member to identify problems and provide solutions.
